By placing an order with Ammyfashion you are offering to purchase a product, and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.In order to contract with Ammyfashions you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. All prices are inclusive of VAT. In some cases, delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland chennai and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of jewelry made to your specification or any earrings).To cancel your order you may send email to ours, and we will reply with instructions on returning your goods. Ammyfashions does not cover the postage cost of returning goods except in the case where the wrong product is supplied or in case of faulty/damaged goods
being supplied.

If you wish to return a product you have purchased from Ammyfashions, you may do so providing the item is unused and in a resaleable condition within 28 days of delivery. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card used. If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Postage costs cannot be refunded. Please note we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds on any headwear items or earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

All prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Please note that Ammyfashion jewellery is handmade and is therefore delicate and easily broken if used improperly. Ammyfashions jewellery is made up of small parts that constitute a choking hazard for children or babies. Under no circumstances should children or babies be allowed to play or have contact with jewellery. Any jewellery that is sold in a child’s size should be used under adult supervision at all times. Ammyfashion accepts no responsibility for any injury related to use of Ammyfashion jewellery products.
